samsung offered me on-site warraunty when i brought a laptop bt when i contact a customer care after facing a problem he told me tht samsung shut down onsite servise from march....so i have o take this to service centre if it suspended it should informed us frst my laptop still in 5-6 month gurantee as i buy it in oct 2013.....hw can they do tht
