I have purchased tatasky HD box on 13.04.14 by which included the HD channel monthly charges also. They have installed the new HD box & informed that services will start within 24 hours. But after 15 days also services are not started. I have contacted atleast 20 times over phone & requested online also (SR2703141145681, SR2204141157627) but nothing happened. The customer care team also rude, incompetent & hopeless. They couldn’t resolve the problem yet. Tatasky doesn’t have complaint & service escalation mechanism. They are worse than local cable operators. I feel cheated. Pl do suitable action on this.
