Full Occupation Certificate receivedon 8th May 2008.
Due to the VAT issue coming up the possessionof my flat was unnecessarily delayed till 30th Aug 2012 as May fair housingwas also evaluating and was trying to follow the process.
However my point is that i have not taken the flat when the building was under construction but only when it was finished and this is also reflected through the Payments pattern as above. OC can take time but for that a consumer is not to be unnecessary penalized. Such a objection is coming from many consumers and this needs to be seriously viewed and taken up with sales tax authorities and exemption seeked.
