Complaint Details
I withdrawed cash on 19/3/2014 of Rs 10000 from HDFC ATM(ID:S1ANMU07) but i didn't receive any cash from ATM and there was a tranaction of the same on my a/c .I filed a complaint regatding the issue to the Manager of Canara Bank but he said this issue is common and it'll take 10-15 days to correct the transaction.Every time i went there for the update he told me to check with HDFC also, now he is sayming that in these cases money wont be received.According to RBI such cases must be cleared within 7 working days but it's been more than a month and such a claim as i wont get my money isnt something i'll tolerate.It may not be a huge amount of money for them but a commoner takes a month to earn them so please look into this issue and please help me.
