I had applied for a Distance education program in Certified Computing Evangelist worth Rs. 20,500 in December 2013. Even after 1 year they failed to conduct examinations. I tried to call them but they always cut the phone call and never reply to my emails. They refuse to conduct examinations and provide refund. Please help in this matter.
