Dear Customer care Team,

Already 6 REMINDER mails sent but no acknowledgement even came back from the Customer care team... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

1. Basis the call received from Arman (Mobile - 07813001121), I paid additional Rs. 7999 using my credit card immediately in addition to Rs. 699 paid towards the SAMSUNG Grand contest on 18th Jan '14. He told me over the call that since we are among the Top 15 in the contest, we are entitled for a Gift of i-Ball Tablet PC (Model 6318i) + One Reebok watch.

2. On 30th Jan, I received the Tablet courier (First Flight) but when i opened the Box Pack, i found the display screen BROKEN. Request you to send the Fresh New piece in exchange of this one. As advised by the customer care team, we dispatched the Tablet vide First Flight Courier POD number: M00135629 on 1st Feb, 2014.

3. Also, i have called umpteen times to your customer care to check on the Reebok watch & the results of that contest but NO one replies back anything. They always keep saying that we will check as the systems are slow & shall get back in next 1 hour.... But till date I have not received even a single Return call.

Request a resolution to my issues or else you may please return my entire amount back (INR 699 + 7999).
