Sir, i had purchased morphy richards cafe rico espresso coffee machine on 21 Aug 2012. Just after 15 days of use the steel jar supplied with it lost its teflon coating and there was detachment of the handle of the glass jar supplied with it. I registered a complaint with local service center on 4/09/2012, who asked me to raise a complaint on toll free no. i called up the toll free no on 8/09/12 who registered my complaint(ref no 504054). I got no revert from them. Then i recalled them on 13/09/12. the executive then gave me another complaint no 524898 saying she is escalating the complaint to the higher level. I got no revert even then. now i called them up today again and the executive promised that her superior would positively call me up today but there was no call. kindly see into the matter at the earliest.
