Complaint Details
I have plan my tour for Shimla and Manali from 03/05/2014 to 07/05/2014( 5 nights and 6 days and mean time sales executives of Apollo Value Club contacted me for their Plan for tour. I told his about my Shimla and Manali plan and he agreed to include it in their proposed plan. Hence after confirmation of my planned tour I made payment of Rs 20000/-.
Now I have taken plan from Apollo Value Club of Rs 20000/- for tour and health check-up. In spite of my repeated follow up and reminders since 20/03/2014 for confirmation of my tour plan, no proper response and concrete action has been initiated from representatives of Apollo Value Club .Now their booking department is telling that it is not possible to book hotels in Shimla In the month of May.

I have already booked my railway tickets 2 months in advance for Shimla /Manali. Now my hotel booking is not confirmed by Apollo Value Club as committed before making payment. Hence this is a fraud made by Apollo Value Club and hence either they should confirm my tour or return my Rs 20000/-
