Dear Sir

This is second time i'm facing trouble with Skoda service.

My car Skoda Laura registration number HR 10U 2628 met with an accident on 25th January 2014 and subsequently i sent for repair on 27th January 2014. (Towing receipt attached)
But till now no work has been started on my car.
I have insurance from SBI Auto. Please find the policy attached.

I was told by Skoda Auto Body workshop manager Mr. Ajay mobile no. 09896100229 that they will get the survey done and start the work on cashless basis.
But even after repeated telephonic discussion with me, Mr. Ajay and my insurance agent Mr. Amit Bhatt Mobile No. 07838386600 nothing has been accomplished.

My insurer is ready to pay to the Sidak Auto but after 20 days of fooling me now they are saying they cannot do repair because we didn't get insurance done through them.
I can send my call records to show how many times i have called and how much time has been consumed in this process.

This is height of harrassment of by Sidak Auto and bringing a bad name to SKODA AUTO as a whole which prides itself as market leader in luxury car segment.

If nothing gets done this time fast i'll move to consumer grievance court this time.

I'm a businessman and don't have time for all the bull shit happening to me and will not tolerate this type of mental harassment.
I will better let my lawyers take care of it.

I just wanted to take input of Skoda company before taking such a step.

I haven't received my car till now.
