Sir,
I purchased one Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RT36HDRFASL/TL in cash vide cash memo No.2724/1415/00332 dated 16-04-2014 from the above store.

Before coming to this store, we visited many stores including Samsung Showroom at Bullygung Fari, kolkata to find a suitable one.

Finally, we decided to buy from here as it is near to home location.

We asked the sales Girl for the gift scheme floated by manufacturer Samsung India.
There are two Summer Cool Offer:

1) Freez & Serve Kit (containing four-five tiffin alike boxes)
2) One service voucher of Rs.5,000/- where we have to call on given number to register us a Samsung Consumer, after that they will call us to confirm for free services lucky draw.

She informed me that the gift kit is not avilable now, you collect it on another day.

BUT we refuged to pay the cash and buy from them, until we are getting the gift.

She taken us to her senior Manager Mr. Prabhat Agarwal & explained our demand.
Mr. Agarwal promised us that "do't worry you gift will be delivered to you - keep my promise"
" You come after one week with Gurrantee card to be signed by us & take you gift at the same time"

On his asurance, we made cash payment and the Refrigerator was delivered to us next day.

After that the story started rolling - I was asked to call the Sales Girl to get news gift arrived or not. But she started avoiding call - "I am budy now with customer" , "I will call you after one hour' Etc Etc.

My husband also called many times - even to Mr. Agarwal promised to arrange the gift with in two days. Now the situation is they repetativly promises to hand over the gift but..?

I am unable to undestand what to do in such a situation but to write to you for some immediate action. Because I had read some cases on your web site where they exits with the help of scheme period.
