Subject: Complaint of Fraud against Maruti Dealer T R Sawhney > > > Sub: Complaint of Fraud against Maruti Dealer T R Sawhney > > I, Arun Bansal, have purchased one Maruti Eeco Cargo from M/s T R > Sawhney Motors, Saraswati Vihar by paying cash of Rs 4.15 Lacs on 18th > March 2014 inside their showroom. I was informed that due to some > technical reasons the receipt will be given in next 2-3 days, which > was never given till date. The car was delivered to our doorstep on > 21st March 2014 without our consent and agreement. The insurance for > the vehicle was also given to us on 27th March 2014. > Later on 29th March, we decided to finance the car from HDFC Bank for > which the bank disbursed the loan on 9th April 2014. Now, since the > vehicle has been duly financed by HDFC bank, we decided to get our > money refunded from T R Sawhney which was paid in cash. To our > surprise, when we reached the dealer showroom on 14th April, we were > informed that no payment has been made by us to them and they cannot > refund any money. Also, the person who took the money from us inside > the showroom ( Mr Inder Yadav – Team Lead Sales for T R Sawhney) is > absconding and the dealer has informed the police about the same. > Clearly the Dealer has washed off his hands from the case, keeping > innocent customers in the lurch. > We wish to bring this to your kind notice so that necessary redressal > is made and our money is returned back to us.
