Complaint Details
Credit card dues were paid through payment gateway provided by them.
After 3 days the payment got reversed. On enquiry with the bank they said the bank made payment but SBI system were at fault. ICICI bank gave me the transaction logs which states that SBI card is at fault. But SBI people who levied charges and fees unnecessarily aren't listening to the problem rather gives irrelevant reply which says when payment is not made fees and charges are applicable. In my case payment was made and money debitted from me and from my bank. SBI card the beneficiary wan't available for which they charge interest, late payment fees, Tax and so on. I approached Banking ombudsman they aren't bothered about it. Kindly help.

My credit card no. is 4377 4869 5488 0280 the payment for Feb 2014 and March 2014 are the disputed ones.
