Complaint Details
I purchased a 1 gb graphics card from Unitech Computers and when i came back home and used the card it showed up as a 512 mb card, so i gave back the card in the shop for a replacement last year in the month of December. They told me that the card will be sent back to the service center Abacus Peripherals, the card back to me after a month saying that they checked the card and that its not faulty, i checked it and it was still faulty, so i gave the card once again for a replacement and in the month of April i got the same card, and this time the shopkeeper told me that there will be a charge of 200rs for travelling. I denied giving him that amount because my card was still under warranty, to which the shopkeeper started abusing me. I very much dissatisfied with the shop and as a customer i wasn't given any respect at all. These shopkeepers just try to fool people and make money out of them. If it were my fault i wouldn't spending 300 or 1000rs but i don't think I'm obliged to pay them some amount as a traveling cost if my card is under warranty. Looking forward to a quick resolution.
