Complaint Details
I bought a complete catalog(of semi-stitched dress materials) UN 2167 from Mr. Rajeev Jindal of unnati exports on the assurance that these material can be stitched upto 44" size.
But When I received the shipment , all materials were of 36" size only which were then useless for reselling as normal cloth size for women in India is 38".

When i mention this to Mr.Jindal he just refused to accept his mistake and refused to refund my money. He even said that if i want i can do a complaint against him, no body can cause him a harm.

Sir this episode caused me tremendous mental pressure and loss of about 10000/- INR

I will request you to look into the matter as early as possible. I am sending my e-mail conversation with mr.Jindal as a proof of my honesty and truthfullness.
