Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered for a Computer External Hard Drive from Infibeam.com (online) on 21.04.2014. After placing the order it was scheduled to be shipped by 24th April 2014. But still now (29.04.2014) the order has not been shipped. So far I have called the Infibeam customer service 5-6 times but the customer service representatives have been hostile towards me and I received ill treatment. They made fake commitments to ship the item by Monday (29.04.2014) but they didn't. I have written 3-4 mails to them requesting them and then warning them that I would initiate legal actions actions them if I do not receive the item.
But it seems that they will not ship the item and building lame excuses every time and not confirming the date when it will be shipped. In such a scenario I doubt whether I would ever receive the item.
Due to this issue I have lost significant monetary interest and deals, so I request you to kindly initiate legal procedures against such fraud company so that I can get the item I ordered or 150% of the value of the price I paid for the item (on account of harassment and monetary loss).
I have attached the invoice attached along with the order details to validate my complaint.
