AS USUAL LIKE LAST YEAR TATASKY IS GIVING ME NIGHT MARES.
I HAVE ASKED FOR A RELOCATION OF MY TATASKY CONNECTION , WITHIN
HIRANANDANI ESTATE THANE. I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON SATURDAY MORNING 08/09/12 & THE REPRESENTATIVE HAD PROMISED ME THAT EVERY THING WOULD BE TAKEN CARE BY THE TATA SKY TECHNICIAN & I DONT HAVE TO DO ANY THING FROM MY END & THE RELOCATION SERVICE CHARGE WOULD ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C. HOWEVER TILL NOW IM NOT ABLE TO GET MY TATASKY CONNECTION. SUB ID - 1028096582

GOT A MESSAGE THAT IT SCHEDULED @ 16:30PM
TECHNICIAN SAYS THAT THERE'S SOME PROBLEM WITH THE WIRING
& LEAVE THE PREMISES.
WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE TATA SKY HAS RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

YOU GUYS TALK ABOUT ETHICS,WORK CULTURE & ALSO SHOW IN THE AD
THAT NOW RELOCATION CONNECTION IS A HASSLE FREE, BUT HOWEVER
I HAVE BEING CALLING FROM SATURDAY MORNING & I DONT ANY RESPONSE
ON TOP OF IT , WHEN I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTER & SPOKE TO MR.IMRAN
AFTER LISTENING TO MY ISSUE HE JUST HUNG UP AFTER I HAVE ASKED FOR
MY COMPLAIN NUMBER , IS IT DIS WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
WHY DON'T YOU GUYS TEACH UR AGENTS TO HAVE A PROPER PHONE ETIQUETTE .
I HAVE RECHARGED WITH 400 RS ON SATURDAY FOR GETTING MY CONNECTION. INCASE YOU GUYS DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS,
PLEASE REFUND MY ENTIRE AMOUNT & ALSO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
AS I DON'T WANT TO STAY WITH A COMPANY WHO GIVES MY MENTAL AGONY & PAIN.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS SITUATION FROM TATASKY
