Complaint Details
I had purchased Micromax A110 cell phone on 15/07/2013 from Croma Electronics Ghatkopar- Rcity Mall. Handset started giving screen touch problems for which i submitted it to Micromax Service Center at Bhandup on 02/02/2014. Initialy it has been told to me that Screen Display will have to replaced and i will get my repaired handset back within 15 days. Then whenever i tried to contact the Service Center number it has never attended by anyone. So i had to visit the service center personaly. Even after regular follow up by visiting Service Center 10 times my handset has not been repaired and not given back to me till date.
on 19/03/2014 they gave me a stand by phone Micromax A72 for use since i requested them for it.
It has been told to me that now there is some issue with mother board for my original submitted phone and they will give me a new cell phone with equal or higher configuration as a replacement.
Now it has passed almost 3 months but still I have not received a new replacement or even my submitted cell phone back.
I am tired of visiting the service center now.
Service Center people never attends the call and even if you visit them personally they dont have manners to speak with customer.
I NEED REPLACEMENT FOR MY CELL PHONE SINCE IT HAS PASSED 3 MONTHS NOW AND PHONE WAS IN WARRENTY PERIOD.
