Complaint Details
I had purchased UV-Infinity model from Eureka Forbes sales executive in end of July. The machine within 1 week of installation showed internal errors and the same was rectified by their technical team. The same problem started in 1 weeks time. The technical team asked to replace the PCB of the machine to which i denied as the machine was just 10 days old and this should not happen to a new machine. After hell lot of follow ups they replaced the machine on 1st of September. The machine installation finished on 2nd September and the same problem started on 4th September. The fault was not addressed till 5 days of complaining (request attached). Again the same was repaired on 10th September but it again showed the same problem on 13th september. On complaining they are again asking to replace the PCB and if i want they will replace the Machine.
Thus i have requested to take the machine back and give my money back as i cannot keep on replacing the machine and PCB every week. They dont have any idea why this is happening. They even checked the electrification and found it ok.
Request a quicker solution to this as i have paid the entire amount upfront and am being agonized since last 2 months as we are facing issues to manage the daily drinking water
