I was supposed to get the possession of my flat in March 2012. But the builder has delayed the possession date abruptly to March 2013. Because of this I will not be getting the Income tax rebate of Rs. 1.5 lac on the interest component of home loan under section 24(2), which says the possession of the property should be withing 3 years from the start of the home loan disbursement. What to do in this case ?
