Kindly refer emails attached.This company beleives in taking advance payments online from customers and not offer services. I bought a cabinet which was delivered. Inspite of 7 days passed they dont respond to calls nor have they responded to emails which are attached herewith. None of the numbers provided by the company work and i have call logs to prove that i have called them 47 times in 7 days of which only 4 times they have responded with false assurances. The person whom they sent for assembling after repeated follow ups broke a part and he did not have any spares with him. There were 8 hinges missing in the consignment.As a consumer i have every right to return the goods as it is defective and demand full payment on account of virtually no service provided. My cabinet even after 7 days is not installed.
