Sir,
I donot understand why reliance communication is leving VAS (value added Service Pack)on me even on current month they have levied RS.213/- excluding S.TAx. Even in Previous months they have levied Approx RS.250/- extra on me inspite of repeated Reminders that i donot want these pack they do not listen to me but abrupty activate the service & make me pay for it.now it is more than 4 months iam trying to get an justice from these fraud Company even earlier one of the RA called me & told that Your VAS Pack has been Deactivated & amount charged to me Have been waived off.But in the Current month sushant one of their RA called me & now he is saying that they cannot waive of the charges for the reason known to them.Sir now iamm totally tired & mentally harassed by the attitude these people has even they donot leave disable person like me.Sir i want a justice and a recovery of an amount.
