Complaint Details
I bought a new Aquaguard Enhance UV water purifier from Eureka Forbes in July 12, with a service warranty of 1 year. Now within less than 2 months of buying it has stopped working. I registered a complaint no 68145107 with them on 09/09/2012 with a commitment to resolve the problem within 2 working days. Since then I have been continuously following on customer care talked to Mr. Mukesh at the customer help line, the service head of my Area Mr. Anupam on his mobile number but all my efforts have been in vain. I have suffered enough of agony and harassment within 2 months of my relation with Eureka Forbes. And i do not want to use their product anymore. Eureka Forbes may please take its product back and refund my Rs. 11,990/- with an adequate compensation for the harassment they have caused to my family.
