Complaint Details
We have purchased an open Land measuring 4913.66 sq. mtrs. with a right to construct ourselves an ITE building & a service apartment building consuming FSI of 60006 sq. ft. & 9000 sq. ft. respectively. The said property is brought on Lease for 999 years. The Developer is demanding Service Tax @ 3.09% and VAT @ 1% on purchase value of property. Kindly advise us whether we are liable to pay or not. Thanks.
