Complaint Details
We have purchased an old Row House (carpet Area 2000 sq. ft.)on 14.7.2012. The said Row House was constructed by the developer in the year 2000. the Developer is demanding Service Tax @ 3.09% & VAT @ 1% on total purchase consideration. Kindly advice whether we are liable to pay these Taxes or not. Thanks.
