Complaint Details
I have purchased a flat with Haware Builders in their project Haware Nirmiti at Kamothe, plot 15, Sec-22. I have made the final payment in July 2012 and prior to that,during the construction, whenever they demanded the payment have always made it on time. I have also paid the yearly maintenance amount in July 2012. We are told that the flat will completed and possession will be granted in 7~20 days time. It has been 2 months since and still the flat work is incomplete. Now they are asking me to take the poossession in as is condition and they will complete the work after that. I have already given them a letter of protest about it, to which they haven;t bothered to reply. This leaves me with no option other than approaching consumer forum.
