The said builder is blatently charging 5% VAT on the agreement value, without giving any break up or any kind of explanation and is holding thepossession of the flat. I have wriiten a letter of protest point out wrongful enrichment on the part of the builder. They are not reply to any of my letters or emails. I am left with no other option than approaching consumer forum.
