Complaint Details
I had booked a flat in aforesaid township MILAN HEIGHTS in 2010,the flat is ready for possession and the builder is charging us priorly undisclosed following charges:
1) Service tax-3%
2)VAT-5%
3) MPEB line meter- 1.7 lacs
4)club charges-35000( although the club is not yet build)
5)parking-60000
6)piped gas-15000
Please i need a resolution an all this.
