this is regarding the issue of credit card for which the form was submitted on 8th sep'12. as per the bank guidelines it normally takes 10-15 for the issue of credit card for the customer. in my case its been 16 days and my application is not even half way through . their website showing the status of the credit card application has not been updated for past 5 working days showing the same status .i have attached the file. as on 24th sep. none of the executives have been responding to my mails nor my calls. that has really caused me a lot of mental agony against their system. here is the detail of the process .. date of application :-8 september. personal verification at my office:-12sep. .. after a week i.e on 20th sep. i got a call from the bank "sir, we couldnot find your local address". to be noted i have been livimg at the same address for past 2 yrs. also their is a branch of HDfc in my area. then on repeated calls and arguments a person comes to my residence on 23rd sep. i was assured of a speedy approval but nothing has been done.
