this is regarding the issue of credit card for which the form was submitted on 8th sep'12. as per the bank guidelines it normally takes 10-15 for the issue of credit card for the customer. in my case its been 16 days and my application is not even half way through . their website showing the status of the credit card shows the same statusfor past 5 working days .i have attached the file. as on 24th sep. none of the executives have been responding to my mails nor my calls. that has really caused me a lot of mental agony against their system. here is the detail of the process .. date of application :-8 september. personal verification at my office:-12sep. .. after a week i.e on 20th sep. i got a call from the bank "sir, we couldnot find your local address". to be noted i have been living at the same address for past 2 yrs. also their is a branch of HDfc in my area. then on repeated calls and arguments a person comes to my residence on 23rd sep. i was assured of a speedy approval but nothing has been done.
all i am getting is "IGNORED".
