Complaint Details
I have received a demand for payment of MVAT for a flat purchased on 10 Mar 2010 and registered on 12 Mar 2010, the flat was ready possession and the Occupation certificate was received on 07 Nov 2009, the MVAT is not payable as the purchase of flat is post completion in all respect, I had requested Lodha group to withdraw the claim to which there is no response.
