I have already logged the complaint about 37 days back. The technician visited and told that some parts are needed to be replaced. But after that I have called several times to him and customer care and other eurekaforbes officials but there is no help provided. The machine is dis-assembled at my house from past 37 days. We have been facing serious drinking water problem.
When I raised to issue with customer care head on 24th Sept, they told me that issue will be resolved in one day. Now again they have started today-tomorrow game. If they do not want to repair it tell us clearly but why are they cheating on us ? We'll buy new one but at least make it clear. Disappointed !!!
