Complaint Details
I had booked tickets through balmer and lawrie delhi. But I didnt travel and cancelled the tickets well in advance,yet the money was deducted from my salary by the department and no refund is given by the airline as they say that the ticket has been termed as 'no show'. Please do get the refund for the amount of Rs.24000.
