Complaint Details
I have Water Purifier AcquaGaurd Total Duo less than a year ago. It works intermittently now. I raised the complaint with Eureka Forbes on September 6th. From then, I am calling their helpdesk every day requesting to send their service people, but no use. We are afraid that we will get sick after drinking this water. We are ready to pay money for service, but company is not sending anyone. We want our money back. I will buy another water purifier.
