Complaint Details
The above mentioned water purifier was purchased vide cash memo no.T38/17379 dt. 08/10/2011 & product sl. no.BD10 8004014.The taste of water from purifier was too bitter to drink.After repeated complaint RO membrane was changed on 05/09/2012, though bitterness slightly reduced but original taste of water is not revived as claimed
in the user manual.It seems the water purifier
is defective & needs replacement under warrantry service.
