Complaint Details
I have been receiving reminders from the builder to pay 5% MVAT on the agreement value of my flat. Further, they have not provided any breakup for the said amount. As per my oral discussion with their administrative staff, possession of the flat can be denied if the MVAT demand raised by the builder is not paid by me. Please advise on how to approach this issue?
