I purchased a washing machine model elena sx 4 sl no 25562 on 9/7/2012 Cust no is 3467548. With in a month of operation it got some defect on complaints the service engineer sri Raju attended attended and could not rectifie and problem remains. He said on 10.09.12 that the spares shall be replaced by 14.09.12. As no action was taken again I made complaint on 18.09.12 the comp no is 9558624. Till date the problem has not been rectified.
