I surrendered the policy of hdfc standard life insurance policy number 128128622 in the teynampet branch hdfc standard life in chennai on 18/09/2012, but still now i did not recieve the credit based on this i have to make some payments, when i enquired for the late delay there was no proper repsonse from the staff and hdfc grievance also even for the mail forwarded to the grievance office no repsonse was given.
