Complaint Details
I am a customer of Aquaguard and was sold a purifier on 11-09-2011 by sales representative named K. Ruthiramoorthy(Mob:9941741768) and R. Anbu as part of Chennai Trade Fair offer with life time free service card.He is also designated as Group Customer Sales specialist. After lot of struggle he supplied the purifier and it was installed on 24-09-2011. He harassed me like anything and i am new to the city with language problem. Very bad experience , but i waited for the invoice and life time free service card which was supposed to reach me by 45 days from Mumbai.
I submitted all documents and the Acknowledgement of Documents SL NO is - 706009. This is the only paper i have with the sale amount written on it.
Payment was made by credit card whose details are also given below.
But till date i have not received by original invoice nor any life time free service card. It is more than 4-5 months i am running after to get my original invoice and life time free service card which is my just right. Please find the details of the purifier sold :
