Despite the confusion over payment of VAT, the builder, Runwal has twice demanded payment of VAT. in the first instance - builder asked for payment of 5% of Agreement Value & after a few protests, has now demanded payment of VAT @ 3.90% of Agreement Value with some vague calculations.
