I registered my complaint for my aquaguard Total iNova for the 1st time with Euro GreenInput enterprises, kasarwadawali, GB Road Thane (W) on 10-Aug-2012 to which I was said my call would be attended in 7-8 days as they need to order for a part and once it is received this will be fixed in 7-8 days.
Again, I called on 17-Aug as no one attended and I was said the same thing again that this will be fixed, once the part is received.
On 24-Aug, I called again as this is pending for 2 weeks now and I was said the person is coming to fix this. I stayed home to get this fixed getting off from work.No one arrived.
Is this the kind of service I should expect after buying an aquaguard and with an 3 Years AMC(Customer Code: 1003908816) after paying another Rs 3000/-
Request your quick intervention and provide me an update what is causing this delay and how much more time I need to wait to get this fixed? This issue is still not resolved till 1-OCt-2012.
Also, as there is no aquaguard filter change in last one year though I was promised that filter will be changed once every year while taking the AMC.
