I bought a AG Enhance UV Stand Aquaguard WP System no 1225612016003743 on the 20th of January 2012, Inv no 9611110796, order no 961039901.My Cust ID is1009185400. Since we have bought the machine there has been repeat breakdowns nearly 4 times and the service response seems to have deteroriated. Average waiting time is 48 hrs and water being such a necessary commodity, we are severely inconvenienced by the issue. We would like to have a permanent solution or otherwise more prompt response from the service agents. Thanking you
