Complaint Details
I wished to upgrade order from Ubislate 7c to ubislate 7C+ but no one replied on mail.

No one is picking the call on Customer care since last 9 days or the call never connects.

I tried hard to contact on Customer care number on 18001802180 but no one picked the call even when I tried calling 65-70 times.

I required delivery within this week as promised by Datawind Booking Confirmation mail.

My requirement is Smartphone Tablet.

So I kindly request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.
