My consumer number 40922 has booked the refill on 2nd September 2012 and the registration number is 343836 dt: 2.9.12 which was suppose to deliver within 20days while visited personally thrice they have simply extended for further 10 dayas and now even after 35 days it is yet to come. But now Government has earmarked only 3 cylinders from October to March under subsidy which should not be applicable to me ,. As it is the service provider has failed to supply inspite of my booking online well in advance on 2nd September and the new system was announced by the Government only some time after 15th only. Hence my question is kindly instruct them to deliver immediately and also they should not account this as first for subsidy in fact they have to give me 4 cylinders till March to compensate the loss. Also you have to see that in other parts of chennai after boking the supply within 7 days but this service provider is taking much time. My question is when I have booked on 2nd September they failed to supply but the persons who have booked well after 2nd september already got supplies within 30th september when they contacted over phone and shouted. Hence please request to take action on this.
