I , kausar Javed Bachh reside on the address given with the details. I had bought a Whirlpool
refridgerator on 10/7/2005.
In June 2012 I noticed that my fridge wasn't functioning properly. so I registered a
complaint at the concerned deparment.
A mechanic visited not once but twice and on 12/6/2012 fixed the fridge within a week by
changing a part and adding gas to it. It costed me Rs.5000 excluding the service charges.
I noticed the fridge still didn't function properly , so i registered a complain again and
the mechanic tried to fix the fridge again on 23/6/2012 which cost us Rs.500
excluding the service charges again.
Within a week we noticed the same problem again, as the mechanic said the part of the fridge wasn't available we were kept on the hook
till 11/8/2012 before which there were minimum two visites by him. During which the holy
month of Ramadan started and we faced several problem during this pious month.
and due to failed attempts and visits from the mechanics of the company we faced not only
loss of money and time but also health. As the fridge didnt fucntion the way its suppose to
our food stock was spoilt not only once but every single day which lead to a loss of thousands till the month of Ramadan.
On 11/8/2012 the mechanic visited again and we were charged Rs.800.
Since then we are still facing problems with the fridge and despite of innummerable visites the company isnt capable of fixing as far as we have noticed.
The total amount spent was Rs.6300 excluding the service charges and the money value of ruined daily bread.
We have requested them to refund us the amount spent on repairing the fridge i.e Rs.6300 as I don't trust their service anymore
But they refuse to give a refund the amount of Rs.6300.
The amount on time spent on fixing the fridge is 4months.
I request you to help us get not only the money value but also the time value from them.
