Complaint Details
I have logged a complaint No. 87445922 with Eureka Forbes on 11th Aug 12 against unethical business practice by Eureka Forbes and its Franchisee in Powai area of Mumbai.
I have paid full amount of Rs. 4600/- (a;ready debited to me) against an AMC of my machines on 4th Aug 12, but even after 100s of follow ups with service & area supervisor (Sanjay & Sunny), i am yet to get machines mambranes replaced and my family is at risk by still drinking contaminated water since last two months.
Its seems like a cheating & forgery case against EurekaForbes and its Franchisee in Powai, Andheri (E) areas, where they have taken my money and not serving the service intentionally by dragging it from last two months.
I want strict action to be taken against such unethical business practice and help consumers like us.
