My vehicle has been having a body rattling noise since purchase. Despite having given the vehicle to resolve this issue numerous times, the issue persists. I gave the vehicle on August 7, 2012 for the same issue and there was no progress on the same for a period of two weeks. After several repeated requests for a quick resolution, the Fiat dealer wrote a letter dated August 23, 2012 (a copy of which is available with me) stating that the car was examined by Fiat flying doctor and that the issue would be resolved permanently, and I was requested a time of 2 weeks for the same. The reading at the time of vehicle submission was 14579 km; however, on September 29, 2012 the reading was 18057 km. There was no explanation given from your dealer for approx. 3500 extra km. The staff was very discourteous during my entire communication with them.

I want a replacement of the car (Fiat Linea) and also a compensation of Rs. 10,00,000 for the mental and emotional trauma, and the financial losses suffered.
