Respected Sir/Madam,

I lodged complain for the service of water purifier,brought from eureka foreb,on 20th Sep for total repair.Water doesn't come out of filter.After following all possible steps,listed below,I could not get the service.That's why I am writing to you with positive hope.
20th Sep :- 1st time lodged the complain(be4461155002)

22 Sep :- Again lodged the complain over phone.

25th Sep :- Escalated the complain to 1st level service manager

28th Sep :- Again escalated the request to customer service provider floor manager.

4th Oct :- Escalated the request to customer care head

7th Oct:- Escalated to south head.
