Complaint Details
The Water purifier was purchased by us on 25th April 2012 vide Invoice no.9436. It is under warranty for 12 months. It is not working properly since beginning. They even charged to us Rs.2695/-for repairs on 13/9/12. It is again not working. We lodged a complaint on 03/10/12 but it is not attended till date despite repeated followup.
