Dear CCRC,


I am Ashish Kankar from mumbai, I have taken one connection of Reliance CDMA mobile having no. 7498587873 on 29th August 2012 but till date this connection has not been started.


I have re-submitted documents so many times to retailer as well as reliance web world in between this duration but till date no action taken by Reliance Communication.


I have also lodge complain against this in reliance against complain no. 188630994 and sent mail on 3rd Oct 2012 but till date no action has taken by Reliance Communication.


Finally I have no choice so I came to you for this.


Kindly help me to compensate.
