Complaint Details
I placed the order for one book from http://www.homeshop18.com/ and made the payment via credit card bearing number 4293 9010 2658 7003(reference Sub Order Number 46155053, Order Number 914906541 dated july 31, 2012). But till date I have received neither the book nor any refund. Every time I write to http://www.homeshop18.com/, they say that they are looking into the matter.
